Advances in Ca3Co4O9-Base Thermoelectric Materials
Ca3Co4O9 is a kind of potential oxide thermoelectric materials.From microstructure point of view,the preparation methods of powders,bulk samples and thin films of Ca3Co4O9 by different processes are discussed.The thermoelectric properties of bulk samples and thin films are analyzed and approaches to improve the thermoelectric properties are offered.
