Synthesis and Characterization of DBSA-PPy Nanocomposites

  • Polypyrrole is synthesized by chemical oxidation from pyrrole.Conducting DBSA-PPy is fabricated by reverse microemulsion polymerization.DBSA-PPy composites were characterized by means of IR,XRD,SEM and electrochemical tests.Results show that in the composite exists cooperated interaction between DBSA and PPy.Cyclic voltammetry showed that the composite had a better electrochemical activity in KOH solution.
