Simulation and Computation of Pumping Diaphragm Deformation of Photo-driven Bending Micro-pump

  • A new polymer which would deform flexibily after exposured in light is employed in design of photo-driven bending micro-pump.In this article, the deformation of the pumping diaphragm made by this new polymer is analyzed and is simulated with MATLAB.
