Microstructure and Properties of 1Cr17 Ferritic Stainless Steel under Laser Shock Processing

  • For the hardening of 1Cr17 ferritic stainless steel products in shock processing,some experiments had been carried out,and the mechanism of structure changement had been analyzed.The results show that with the increase of laser power work-hardening effect was increased and the hardness was high.The spinodal decomposition was dominated in microstructure of Ferritic after laser shock with the increase of laser power,spinodal decomposition was exacerbated,and the lattice cloth patterns was coarsened.The martensitoid phase transformation generated under 42J laser power in the laser shock processing.
