Influences of Processing Parameters on Strontium Barium Niobate Powder Prepared by Molten Salt Methods

  • The influences of processing parameters on strontium barium niobate powder prepared by molten salt ethods were investigated.The results obtained indicate that the powder characteristics are greatly effected by the synthesizing temperature,reaction time and quantity of the salts used.In Potassium salt,the crystal dimension increases with increasing temperatures,as the SBN precursor to salt ratio is more than 1,the grain size increases with increasing sulfate salt quantity.Morphology and size of the synthetic powder for the different reaction time at 1300℃ are focused on.The crystal of anisotropy increased firstly and then decreased as reaction time lasting but the phase composition of the powder did not change.
