  • Vacuum assistant resin infusion(VARI) process is two movable edge process,which not only compress distortion in thickness,but also the resin fluid in plane.So it is impossible to simulate the process of VARI by using the general finite element.With the help of Darcy law,the author contribute the compress model and the penetration model,by using the two model and the professional software to simulate the 2.5 dimension thin shell model.The results of simulation and analysis are near enough,proving the two model can be used as a reference for VARI process technology.
