  • Electrostatic self-assembly functional films is an emerging research area.Preparation and characteristics of electrostatic self-assembly polyelectrolyte/polyelectrolyte composite thin films,electrostatic self-assembly polyelectrolyte/inorganic nano-particles,electrostatic self-assembly polyelectrolyte/nano-semiconductor particle and electrostatic self-assembly other multilayers are presented and discussed.Application of electrostatic self-assembly in pervaporation separation,gene transfer,sensors,and photovoltaic devices are forecast.
