Optimization of Melting Process of Fused Flux for Welding of High-strength Steel

  • Taking melting current, charging volume and refining time as factors, melting process of flux was designed based on uniform design method.Through the analysis on diffusible hydrogen content and mechanical property of deposited metals, the melting process of the flux was optimized.
