The Study on Application of Lithium Hydride Film

In this paper,the application prospect of lithium hydride film in the Inertial confinement fusion is reviewed.and the current status of this research and the problem of the spacer layers in the multilayer and the fuel in the target of ICF are discussed.The lithium hydride films fabricated with pulse laser deposition are new promising materials for spacer layers in multilayer and fusion fuel in ICF,of which the development is forecasted.
