Waveform Attenuation in Ultrasonic Detection of CuNiBe Alloy and Solutions

  • This paper analyzes the structure of CuNiBe alloy as the rotor slot wedge of generator in turbo and the reason of clutter appeared and much difference of height between primary wave and secondary wave and the phenomenon of battomless wave in ultrasonic detection.By adding trace Co and increasing the deformation,the structure of the material is improved,the clutter and battomless in ultrasonic detection disappear.
