Synthesis Optimization of Polyaniline and its Electrochemical Performance

  • Orthogonal experiments were used to investigate impact of experimental conditions such as temperature, media concentration, oxidant ratio, metal ions doping on the performance of polyaniline.Optimum reaction conditions were obtained which is acid concentration of HCl 1.2mol/L, monomer ratio of NH4S2O8 (m=1.5g) and An 3/5, temperature 20℃ with Fe3+ Doping.The doped polyaniline were characterized with FTIR and electrical conductivity under different conditions.On the basis of optimum condition, the cycle performance of polyaniline was studied.The results prove that the doped polyaniline has good electrochemical performance.
