Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Nano SiC-MoS2/Ni Electro-brush Plating Composite Coating

  • The nano SiC particles surface were modified,and the nano SiC-MoS2/Ni composite coatings were prepared by electro-brush plating.The effect of the content of nano SiC and MoS2 on the surface morphology of composite coatings and wear resistance was analysed.The results show that the coating hardness can be significantly improved by adding the nano SiC particles of modified surface,and the nano SiC-MoS2 composite coating exhibits excellent wear resistance and anti-friction under dry sliding wear condition.
