Preparation and Application of Nano-CdS materials

With reference to the researches in recent year,three aspects of preparation,compound and assembly of nano-CdS materials are reviewed,including hydrothermal(or solvothermal) synthesis,sol-gel method and film simulation.Moreover,the application of nano-CdS materials are presented,including biological monitoring,luminescent materials,sensor,photoelectric conversion and photocatalytic.
