Research on the Thermal Conductivities of Graphene and Graphene Based Composite Materials

  • Thermal conductivities of single layer graphene(SLG),graphene nanoribbon(GNR) and graphene based composite materials are described.Several test models for determination of the thermal conductivity are introduced.Effecting factors of the thermal conductivity including the number of graphene layer,aspect ratio,geometry,edge roughness,substrate coupling and temperature are reviewed.The further researches on graphene and the thermal conductivity of graphene based composite materials are also proposed.
