Research on Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2 Nanorod for Methyl Orange Degradation

  • In this paper,with the methyl orange as degradation object,the effect of the addition of catalyst,methyl orange solution pH,reaction time,heat treatment,acid unequal on the catalytic activity of TiO2 nanorod was investigated.The results show that when the catalyst dosage is 0.08g,methyl orange solution pH is 4,the crystallization time is 24h and the heat treatment temperature is 500 ℃,catalytic effect of TiO2 photocatalyst reaches maximum that is 85.96%.
