Influence of Treatment after casting on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of ZTA5 Cast Titanium Alloy Material

  • The microstructures and mechanical properties of cast titanium alloy ZTA5 under different conditions have been studied. The results show that some pull stress was existed in ZTA5 alloy castings,the properties of ZTA5 alloy castings was improved after heat treatment or HIP and the scattering degree of mechanical properties datum was reduced.
