Study on Dehydrogenation Process for High Strength Thick-Wall ZG10MnNiCu Cast Steel

  • The influence of dehydrogenation process on the performance of high strength thick-wall ZG10MnNiCu cast steel is investigated through tension fracture observation.The test results indicate that the plasticity is worse on ZG10MnNiCu for hydrogen brittleness.Dehydrogenation process at low temperature is ineffective and high temperature dehydrogenation can relief hydrogen in cast steel.
