  • In a new welding technology of VPPAW,for the plasma arc is sensitive to welding process and parameter variations,the reasonable parameters range and margin for getting good welded joint is narrow and small.On the basis of experiment,this article expounds the feasibility of VPPAW in welding 16mm Al-alloy plate and superiority relative to traditional arc welding.
