Study on Simulation Technology of Foam Sandwich Structural Composites VARI Process Molding

A VARI process molding simulation has been carried out for a rectangular plate of composite materials which have a PVC form core with slot,and the impact of the thickness of core material,the patterns and dimensions of the slots on the filling process also has been studied,finally the suitable pattern and dimensions of the slots for engineering applications are determined.
