Abstract
With inhibitors film test and weightloss test the influence of compound inhibitors imidazoline on the inhibition behavior of 20 steel in CO2 bearing oil field waste water was invastigated.The film test results showed that blending imidazoline inhibitors with TXP-10,urotropin,and isopropanol could,improve the integrity of the film greatly,while weight loss test results showed that at 70℃ and 90℃ imidazoline amide with rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt inhibitors helped to improve the efficiency of the inhibitor.At 120℃,imidazoline amide inhibitors molecules dissociated but the rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt continueed to maintain good inhibition efficiency.At the three test temperature of 70℃,90℃ and 120℃,The TXP-10,urotropin and isopropanol as blends,maintained a stable inhibition efficiency.The coordinative work of rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and compound components can effectively reduce the risk of perforated metal corrosion.
