  • On the basis of theoretical analysis of extraction process,the damage cause of ferrite fibres was investigated.Some measures of improving magnetic property were presented.The results show that the damage of fibres results from oxidation reaction and replacement reaction,and oxigen,copper and absorbed water in the fibres result in the decrement of satuation magnetization.With mCr/m(Fe+Cr) about 13% and proper measures,the satuation magnetization of fibres reaches the maximum value(159 emu/g).
