TEM Feature of the Welds QAl9-4/B30 Copper Alloy Plate

  • Microstructure of the welds of QAl9-4/B30 copper alloy plate were analyzed by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the welds contain a lot of β'martensite in which many small layers exist.The β'martensite then changes into γ2 phase after heat treatment.There are a lot of fine fcc phase in the matrix and NiAl phase in the welds of QAl9-4/B30.The long axis of 121NiAl is parallel to NiAl,and perpendiculary to 101NiAl.
