Abstract
The enamel layer was produced on the surface of 20g steel via high-speed electric arc spraying and once sintering technology with the Fe-Cr-Al as arc spraying wire. The microstructure structure and the element distribution were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The thermal shock resistance and wear resistance were tested. The results show that the thermal shock resistances were 440℃ and 400℃ of the samples sintered at 840℃ for 4 minutes respectively with and without Fe-Cr-Al inlerlayer. The wear resistance of the sample with the Fe-Cr-Al interlayer was 3 times than that of the sample without the interlayer in wear resistance test under load 200 N for 30 minutes.
