Fatigue Analysis and Design of High Pressure Gas Cylinder based on ANSYS

  • With the rapid development of industrial gas industry,high pressure gas cylinders are used which are subjected to cyclic load frequently.and increases the rate of fatigue failure accident.So the fatigue analysis and design of cylinders are more and more emphasized.In this paper taking,a 40MPa high-pressure seamless cylinder as an example are described.the main steps and precautions of fatigue analysis and design based on ANSYS.
