The mechanism of wave absorption of nanomaterials is introduced,and the characteristics and application of absorber nanomaterial including carbon nanotubes,nano metal-alloy,nano ceramic,nano oxide and nano conductive polymer are summarized.With comparison of their relative merits,the perspective of study on electrowave-absorbing materials is expected.
