In VDBF-250 vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace,Mo10/Cu-Al2O3 composite was prepared by vacuum-pressed sintering.The microstructure and properties of the composite were observed and tested,and the wear mechanism of the composite in current carrying was investigated on HST100 carrier high-speed friction and wear tester.The results show that the density,microhardness and electrical conductivity of the composite are 98.23%,116 HV and 41.33% IACS and the wear character of the composites are adhesive,abrasive and arc erosion wear.
