Effect of Curing System on Properties of HNBR

Effect of curing system on the curing property,mechanical property,anti-aging property and permanent compression set of HNBR has been studied in this paper. Three different curing co-agents with ethylene linkage have been added into HNBR composite separately. All these three HNBR vulcanizates show higher modulus,lower permanent set and better anti-aging property than those vulcanized only by DCP and the one vulcanized with agent A exhibits the best comprehensive property.
