The effects of impure elements N,O and Fe on microstructure and property of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated by means of microscope and TEM. The results show that the increase of impurities N,O and Fe improves tensile properties of the alloy and stress rupture properties of the alloy and the microstructure depends on the impurities and their content.
