On Line Induction Annealing Process of TA2 Titanium Thin-wall Welded Tube

  • In this paper, TA2 titanium thin-wall tube annealing process was studied, and the influence of online induction annealing on the organization and performance of TA2 titanium tube was analized, was analized covering the influence of welding speeds on the tube performance. The results showed that online induction annealing increases the plasticity and effectively reduces the stress of the tube, and at the same annealing temperature, the faster welding speed, the less stress release, and so the yield strengh is higher and the elongation is lower.
