Study on the Synthesis of Gold Nano-flowers with Trypsin Enzyme

  • This paper provides an one-step approach for synthesis of trypsin-mediated gold nano-flowers (AuNFs) at room temperature.Influence mechanisms of different experiment parameters on AuNFs fabrication were investigated systematically.The results showed that uniform 80~120 nm AuNFs can be obtained under proper conditions including 5.0 of pH value, 5:1 of volume ratio between HAuClO4 and trypsin, and 3.0 mM of ascorbic acid concentration.
