Development Trend of Welding Materials in China

The output of welding materials in China has over more than half of that in the world in recent years and the consumption of welding materials will continue to rise with the development of the national economy. At the same time, a higher technical requirement for welding materials is needed as the steel varieties increasing and properties improving. This paper discusses the application status of welding materials in China in recent years, and the relevant application fields are analyzed. The development trend of welding materials is summed up.
