Effect of Marble Granularity in the E5015 Coating on the Chemical Composition and Mechanical Properties of Deposited Metal

  • The marble was choosed as research object, and the effect of marble granularity in the E5015 coating on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal were summarized. The test results indicate that with the decrease of the marble granularty, the content of Si and Mn and the tensile strength of deposited metal of E5015 welding rod decreased, while the ballistic work increased.
