Analysis on Appearance Quality Problem of Pure Titanium Filter

Morphological observation and energy spectrum analysis of the pure titanium filter surface of appearance quality problem were performed by scanning electron microscopy, and chemical composition of sponge titanium and titanium powder were detected by ICP analytical method, comprehensive analysis the detecting results, indicate that the reason of appearance quality problem is the pure titanium filter was is polluted in the process, rather than the reasons of the raw materials.
