Abstract
Effects of cooling rate and diffusion hydrogen content on the sensibility of SH01 electrode cold cracking have been investigated by the implant and diffusion hydrogen test, and the implant fractography have been observed by SEM. The results show that SH01 electrode has lower cold cracking sensibility and its minimum Rcr (830MPa) is greater than Rp0.2. The zone of cracking initation has brittleness characteristics with intergranular and quasi-cleavage on the fracture, and the others have ductility characteristics with dimple.
