Abstract
The piezoelectric composite was prepared by using some volume percentage PZT ceramic powder as piezoelectric filler, conductivity carbon black as electric filler and conventional rubber as matrix, respectively, and then polarized by direct current high voltage oil bath. The microstructure, piezoelectric coefficient d33, dynamic mechanical properties and effects on vibration reduction of the composite were studied. The results show that damping property of the composite is excellent in low frequencies.
