Research Progress on Preparation Technology of Graphene

For its advantages of high strength, high conductivity and extremely frivolus, the graphone has wide application potential in electronic, aerospace, military, biology, new energy, semiconductor and other fields, it has become the hotspot of international research and the focus of competition. Preparation of graphene is a key step to its application, how to prepare graphene with high quality, large size and low cost is the industrialization problem to be solved. In this paper, the progress of methods for preparing graphene in recent years and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.
