Recent Advances in the Development and Application of Cryogenic Titanium Alloys

Recent advances of the development of cryogenic titanium alloys in the Russia, USA, Japan and China, have been summarized. The status of applications of cryogenic titanium alloys at home and abroad, has been pinpointed. New trends in the field of cryogenic titanium alloys, mainly focusing on the reducing the manufacturing cost, improving low-temperature performance and new forming technology have also been provided. The present work will play an important guide on strategic plan, technical research, and technology applications of cryogenic titanium alloys in China.
