Development of 850 MPa Grade High Strength Steel Metal Cored Flux Cored Wire E85C-K4

  • A kind of metal powder cored E85C- K4 matching to a 850MPa grade high strength steel was studied.The wire alloy system is C-Mn-Si-Mo-Ni,meanwhile a strong deoxidizer was added.The results showed that the wire exhibits good welding performance,good crack resistance and high deposition efficiency.
