Synthesis Process of Arcylic Resin and Its Grafting Properties

The effects of dropping time of monomers, polymerization temperature, material volume on the synthesis of acrylic resin and heat release was investigated to optimizate the synthesis process and provide basic data for the expansion test of acrylic resin.Under optimum technological condions, palmitic acid was grafted to the acrylic resins, properties of hydrolysis under different grafting ratio of the zinc acrylic copolymer was investigated.
