Investigation of Micro-arc Oxidation Film on Large-area Titanium Alloy Workpiece

  • In this paper,the factors influencing the large-area titanium alloy specimens of micro-arc oxidation were studied,the technology on large-area micro-arc oxidation were optimized by adjusting the solution concentration and additive content,and the performance tests of micro-arc oxidation film were conducted. The results show that the micro-arc oxidation film prepared by the optimized solution was superior and can be used for the preparation of large area of micro-arc oxidation.
