Analysis of Microstructure and Hardness of High Chromium Cast Iron Wear-resistant Layer

  • Through the analysis of microstructure and hardness of three kinds of high chromium cast iron wear-resistant layer after the show,the organizational structure of three kinds of surfacing layer are increased with the increase of surfacing layer thickness change; three kinds of surfacing layer in the thickness direction according to different positions of its hardness is also different; the overall result,microstructure and hardness distribution of the drug core welding surfacing layer is balanced.
