Advances in Prediction of Martensite Start Temperature for Steel

  • Martensite start temperature(MS) for steel is very important for analysis of martensite transformation process,guidance of alloy design,establishment of heat treatment process and welding process. This article introduced the methods of predicting MS,which can be divided into empirical regression model,thermodynamic model and neural network model. Research progress,advantage and disadvantage of the three models were also discussed in detail.
