Research Progress on Preparation and Characterization of Graphene
Several common preparation methods for graphene were introduced and evaluated. Some major characterization methods for the structure and performance of graphene were enumerated,among which Raman spectrum,XRD,AFM,SEM,TEM and FTIR are very useful for the research of graphene.
