XRF Test Method for Elements Analysis of Middle-low Alloy Steel

An analysis curve for middle-low alloy steel was established by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,by which we could analyse multiple elements of middle-low alloy steel by one test. The results indicate that this method has many advantages such as simple sample-preparing,wide range of analysis,high-sensitivity,high-accuracy,high analysis speed and good reproducibility.
