  • The persistent negative effect of biocidally active substances in anti-fouling paints on marine life and human health has been highly concerned.Risk assessment method has been introduced to the management of the biocidally active substances used in anti-fouling paints.The development history,the relevant regulations/standard and the application of risk assessment method of biocidally active substances used for anti-fouling paints are summarized,and the future management of biocidally active substances in China is emphatically analyzed.
