Abstract
The oleic acid was used to modify the surface of nano-Cu2O. The modified nano-Cu2O was characterized by FT-IR,TEM,TG-DTA,the contact angle meter and spectrophotometer. The results of FTIR show that nano-Cu2O modified by oleic acid can effectively restrain the agglomeration of the nanoparticles; the results of contact angle measurements show that along with the increasing of addition of oleic acid, the contact angle increases; the dispersive properties of nano-Cu2O had been investigated by the spectrophotometer and transmission electron microscope, whose results indicate that the addition of oleic acid can significantly improve the dispersibility and the absorbance ability of nano-Cu2O.
