Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of Polyaniline/Nano-ZnO Composite Anticorrosion Coating

  • The use of polyaniline/nano-ZnO composite anti-corrosion material was prepared via micro-emulsion polymerization,with.New anti-corrosion coatings were obtained by blending polyaniline/nano-ZnO with exopy resin,and open circuit potential(OCP) and Tafel curves(Tafe1) were adopted to study the corrosion resistance of the coatings.The results show that polyaniline composite coatings containing nano-ZnO to single polyaniline,present better corrosion resistance than that of polyaniline coatings.
