Research Progress of Composite Materials Filled with Different Forms of Thermal Conductive fillers

  • The thermal conductive mechanisms of polymer-based composites filled with different forms of thermal conductive fillers and the research progress both at home and abroad are introduced. Properties of several important composites materials are discussed. Some urgent problems needing solving are pointed out. Finally, the future development are prospected.
