Calculating Model on the Melting Point of CaO-SiO₂-CaF₂ Slag System

Slag melting points of 30 kinds of CaO-SiO₂-CaF₂ slag systems with different compositions were measured.The effective data of 20 groups were analyzed, and the effects of contents of CaO, SiO₂ and CaF₂ on the melting point were researched.The regression equation between melting point and the composition of slag was built as follows:Y=397.796X₁-393.211X₂-423.507X₃-4.817X₁²+3.045X₂²-2.658X₃²-9.969X₁/X₂-23.773X₂/X₃+15334.695X₃/X₁+6 031.319。In the equation, X₁, X₂ and X₃ represent the mass fractions of CaO, SiO₂ and CaF₂, respectively.
