Research on Accelerated Environmental Aging Properties of the Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites

  • The changes in quality and bending performance of laminated composite and sandwich composite by cyclic damp heat test and high-low temperature test were studied with the knowledge of hygrothermal aging and thermo-oxidative aging mechanisms of the composits. The results show that the composite has good resistance to hygrothermal aging and thermo-oxidative aging, and the sandwich composite has better performance stability than laminated composite does.
